Peshawar Zalmi owner Javed Afridi has said that Peshawar Zalmi will be seen in action at their home ground in Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2025.
Javed Afridi in a tweet posted on X social network informed about the construction of Arbab Niazi Stadium Peshawar. He said that he had contacted Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur regarding the holding of the tenth edition of the matches.
Javed Afridi said Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has directed the sports department to release funds to complete the remaining 20 percent of the work at the Arbab Niaz Stadium.
The PCB has sent the proposed PSL 10 schedule to the franchises
Peshawar Zalmi owner said Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Mohsin Naqvi is also in favor of Zalmi matches being played in Peshawar. Inshallah PSL 10 will see the team in action on home soil in front of a home crowd.
He further said that cricket fans should be ready for exciting events even before the PSL. Soon there will be an opportunity to watch international cricketers live in the province.
