American biohacker Dave Pascoe became the center of media attention after he claimed to have reduced his age from 61 to 38.
Dave Pascoe, a biohacker from the US state of Michigan, claims to have managed to extend his life to 38 years through a strict regimen of diet, exercise and supplements.
I get up before sunrise and spend a lot of time outdoors, exercise hard, follow a specific diet plan and take 158 supplements every day, he said.
Dave Pasco said that my time is very important to me, which I plan well, I rarely have lunch and also prefer to have dinner between 3 and 5 in the evening.
“My meals usually include a variety of fresh vegetables, beef, chicken or fish, and I regularly add garlic to my meals,” he said.
Interestingly, Dave Pascoe said that I can eat whatever I want without gaining weight by limiting the amount of carbohydrates in my diet.
