MUMBAI: The interrogation of the gunmen arrested for the alleged shooting outside Bollywood superstar Salman Khan’s residence is underway. According to the report, Bihar shooters Sagar Pal and Vicky Gupta were not told where to shoot until the guns and cartridges were delivered to their rented house in Panvel.

It may be noted that within 48 hours of the shooting incident at Salman Khan’s apartment in Bandra on April 14, two gunmen were arrested from Gujarat. Shooters Sagar Pal and Vicky Gupta were sent to judicial custody till May 27 after their fourth appearance in court. During the interrogation, the crime branch of the Mumbai police learned that Sagar Pal and Vicky Gupta were given the task of shooting by Anmul Bishnoi, the younger brother of jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, but they did not know about it. However, they had to start shooting at Salman Khan’s house after the weapons were delivered.

Both were recruited into the Lawrence Bishnoi gang by a man named Ankit. Sagar Pal and Ankit used to play cricket together so they became friends. It was Ankit who added Sagar Pal to the WhatsApp group. After getting the role, Ankit needed a gang. Then Vicky Gupta was also introduced to the group. Ankit asks Sagar Pal and Vicky Gupta to go to Mumbai to complete the work and promises good money in return. He was given 30,000 rupees and asked to find a house on rent in the Panvel area of ​​Mumbai. Salman Khan’s farm is located in Panwal area.

Sagar Pal and Vicky Gupta stayed in Mumbai for about 2 months. During this time he moved to various places in Bombay and when the money ran out he returned to Bihar. The gang contacted the two again in February. This time he applied to get a house on rent by paying 40 thousand rupees. This time it was about 60 km away from Panvel. I found a rented house in a far away area of ​​Harigram. A few days later he was asked to buy a bike and the money was also transferred to his bank account.

A few days before the arms delivery, the two were asked to inspect Salman Khan’s house and farm. Then on March 15, Sonu Bishnoi and Anuj Thapan came to his rented house to give him two pistols. Meanwhile, they were told that shooting was supposed to take place at Salman Khan’s residence. Sagar Pal and Vicky are forced to talk to Anmol Bishnoi. While talking on her mobile, Vicky Gupta recorded the call and sent it to her brother Sonu Gupta. The police also recorded the statement of Sonu Gupta under Section 164.

Sagar Pal and Vicky Gupta were told that they would get good money after the work was completed. On April 14, Sagar and Vicky opened fire outside Salman Khan’s residence in Bandra and fled the city. Then their crime branch arrested both of them from Gujarat. Anuj Thapan and Sonu Bishnoi, who supplied arms to both, were arrested from Punjab. Besides, Mohammad Rafiq Chaudhary who was delivering money to these gunmen was arrested from Rajasthan.

On the instructions of Anmol Bishnoi, Mohammad Rafiq Chowdhury met these gunmen on March 8 in Kurla on the outskirts of Mumbai. Rafiq Chaudhary has also done Reiki of Salman Khan’s house many times. The video was recorded outside Salman Khan’s house on April 12, two days before the shooting, and sent to Anmol Bishnoi.

According to the investigating officers, it is being ascertained whether the pictures were clicked at the residences of other celebrities as well. It should be remembered that 5 people have been arrested so far in the case of layoffs. Accused Anuj Thapan committed suicide in police jail. Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi is lodged in the Sabarmati Central Jail in Ahmedabad. While his brother Anmol Bishnoi is based in America or Canada.
