Jamaluddin Jamali: Anti-terrorism court extends PTI founder’s anticipatory bail till April 19 in three cases.
The PTI founder’s anticipatory bail hearing in Jinnah House attack, Askari Tower attack and Shadman Nazer police station arson cases was extended till April 19, according to details.
The court ordered the PTI founder to complete his participation in the video link from Adiala jail and sought arguments from PTI’s lawyer Barrister Salman Safdar, while the participation of the PTI founder in the video link from the jail also failed once.
In addition, a team of paralegals of the PTI founder also appeared in court.
It should be noted that in four cases it was decided on the merits without the presence of the founder of PTI, court no. 3 confirmed the provisional bail of the accused in 4 cases.
