Transfer recommendation of judge who convicted PTI founder in cipher case

Islam Abad: A landmark decision has been taken regarding the judge who convicted PTI founder Shah Mehmood Qureshi in the cipher case.

According to sources, the Islamabad High Court has decided to send Special Court Judge Abulhasnat Zulqarnain back to his respective department.

Special Courts Inspectorate Judge Mohsin Akhtar Kayani has sent a recommendation to the Chief Justice of Islamabad to send back Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain.

The recommendation said that the services of Justice Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain should be returned to the Lahore High Court.
