An arrest warrant was issued for Mahmood Khan Achakzai

An arrest warrant has been issued for Mehmood Khan Achakzai, chairman of the Pashtun-Khwa Milli Awami Party and a candidate in the last presidential election in Quetta.

Judicial Magistrate Quetta issued warrant of arrest in FIR no. 43 of 2024 at Gwalmandi Police Station.

A few weeks ago, the district administration registered a case against Mehmood Khan Achakzai under sections 447 and 448-34 for interference with government and occupation. The trial judge issued a non-appearance order in this case registered with the district administration

In a warrant dated April 22, police were ordered to arrest Mahmood Khan Achakzai and produce him on April 27.
