Islam Abad: Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif congratulated the candidates who won the by-elections to the National Assembly and Provincial Assemblies seats and said that they will leave no stone unturned in the service of the people.
According to a statement from the Prime Minister’s Office, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that the victory of the newly elected members of the Muslim League (N) in the by-elections is a sign of the people’s confidence and the people who voted for the Muslim League (N) in the by-elections have the heart of the people.
He stated that he assured the public that he will leave no stone unturned in his services, he will try to fulfill their trust with full honesty and diligence, with clear signs of economic improvement, the change in public opinion is also more significant.
The prime minister said the success of the Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidates was a public recognition of the government’s service in reviving the economy, reducing inflation and improving foreign relations.
He stated that with the increase in economic improvement and public relief, public opinion will continue to change in the near future, forecasts of economic improvement in international financial institutions, news organizations and surveys have also positively influenced public opinion, the opposition has also left its supporters and people confused and disappointed since February.
He said that victories and defeats are part of the electoral process, taking the path of political cooperation instead of blaming is a democratic attitude, shortcomings and objections in the electoral process can only be eliminated through mutual cooperation and political dialogue.
