According to a foreign news agency, the head of Israeli military intelligence, Major General Aharon Haliva, has resigned.

A foreign news agency reported that Aharon Haliva accepted responsibility for the failure to stop Hamas attacks on October 7.

The Foreign News Agency also reported that Aharon Haleiwa is the most senior figure to resign after the October 7 Hamas attack.
